Love it! Pure sun-dappled apple goodness in this terrific cider. Zesty, refreshing and a fantastic low-alcohol alternative to wine. Food matches: pork tenderloin, roasted chicken, seafood, thai food, apple crumble, aperitif.

Cider food pairings: appetizers of grated apple and melted cheddar on toasted baguette.

It’s a light and dry, refreshing, frothy apple-flavoured confection that sings, ‘Oh Canada’. Full of flavour and something different, it earned its final half star on good value. Score: 4 (out of 5) Source: Susan Desjardins, winecurrent.com

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
