From the heart of Sonoma, this clear, pale yellow Fume Blanc is refreshing and elegant. With aromas of jasmine and pear, followed by flavours of pear,apple, lemon zest and honeydew melon, this medium-bodied gem will make friends and influence people. Try with smoked oysters.

Pale, lemon-green in colour with flavours of grapefruit, lime, pineapple, smoke, and mint. The Medium plus creamy body is balanced by the zesty acidity which carries the flavours through on the warming finish.

Drink now, not suitable for ageing.
Food pairings: lobster bisque, four cheese pizza, fruit/ cheese platter, on it's own.
