What a nice-elegant 10 years Bordeaux. The 2001 ch. Senejac is yet another great example to demonstrate that you can find a very good-age-worthy Bordeaux left-bank wines without the need to take a loan to buy a few bottles.
Balanced. Full body. Round. Blackberries. Hints of rhubarb and caramel on the long pleasant finish. Can sit for 1-2 years longer. If you decide to drink it today, decant for 30-60 minutes. Will perfectly match a lamb with olive oil, rosemary and kosher salt.
