Wow, such a solid citizen for Bordeaux: great balance, distinction, finesse and attractive black fruit aromas. You simply can't beat the price for Bordeaux. Nope. This is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, and will benefit from 1-2 hours decanting to open up.

Betty rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

April 2014- Easter dinner with Jane, children and doc Martin- served French Bordeaux - La Gravette Lacombe 2010 with lamb- great paring
This wine is named for the gravel-based soil in which the vines grow, providing excellent drainage, and thus more complexity in the wine itself. Enjoy it with roasted and grilled meats and hard cheeses. - Community Wine Reviews
