This winery has been a farm, a monastery and is now a mansion. The wine is incredible for the money with warm, rich aromas of cassis, blackcurrant and blackberry with dark spices and smoky oak. Robust, well-structured and deep with good length. Decant for 1 hour

Cabernet Sauvignon Blend food pairings: steak, grilled lamb chops.
