rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

An absolutely beautiful wine. Ruby in colour with luscious ripe fruit, earthiness, leather and spice box. Smooth in the mouth. Medium, round tannins. Not an overly long finish but enjoyable. Food friendly. We enjoyed with a meat and cheese platter. 2008 was Paris silver winner! But this '09 was a winner at our table. At $15 a bargain Bordeaux.
The wine is a blend of 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby in the glass with very good fruit presence on the nose. The palate offers ripe black fruits with juicy cherry and red berry notes. Soft, round tannins and a hint of fruity sweetness to the long, flavourful finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
