Vintages Wine Panel: The vineyards in the commune of Sablet are situated alongside the Gigondas AC. This classic Southern Rhône wine is a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre. It has rich red berry flavours with a hint of roasted herbs and a soft, round texture. A straight forward and approachable Côtes du Rhône-Villages is a great crowd-pleasing wine, soft enough to drink on its own and tasty enough to enjoy with casual fare. My note: This is a vibrant, lip-smacking good wine.

Château Du Trignon Sablet Côtes Du Rhône-Villages food pairings: hamburgers, grilled meats.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
