Château De Trinquevedel Demoulin Rosé 2011 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 90/100A lovely and elegant Tavel rose that's not as robust as others I've tasted. That is not to say it's wimpy. Lovely aromas of raspberries. Bone-dry and refreshing.

|The rosés from Tavel are known generally for their remarkable depth of flavour due to the region’s unique microclimate that almost effortlessly produces fully ripened, beautifully generous fruit – a not-unremarkable accomplishment in the wine-growing regions of France. For those history buffs out there, Tavel rosés were a favourite of King Louis XIV as well as the writers Balzac and Mistral. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
