Fresh and crisp with vibrant aromas of lemongrass and lime. Mouth-watering acidity on the palate makes this a terrific food companion.
Blanc food pairings: pan-fried trout, grilled prawns, Cajun catfish.

|This vivacious blend of 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc is just the thing for kicking off that first cottage weekend of the season in style. Bursting with lemon and grapefruit zest, yellow plum, white pineapple, banana, mineral and a touch of sweetgrass. Juicy and quite fruity, with a suggestion of sweetness quickly refreshed by a current of tangy acidity. Crisp, tasty finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
