Champy Signature Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2009
Champy Signature Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2009 Wine Review
Gorgeous layers of voluptuously rich fleshy cherry-berry fruit. The nose is so aromatic, it'll draw you head-first into the glass. Rich and textured, this is amazing quality for this price point. Buy a case. 4.6/5 Pinot Noir food pairings: beef bourguignon, coq au vin.

|A stellar introduction to red Burgundy from a banner vintage, and a top producer. Purple-tinted ruby in the glass, it shows pretty, youthful notes of ripe cherry, fresh-grated beet, red roses, tilled earth, herbs and touches of cinnamon and smoke. Elegant on the palate, with fine, soft-textured tannins. Tangy spice-accented cherry fruit takes centre stage on the mid-palate and finish. Drink this over the next 3-4 years.
