Crisp and fresh with white melon and dry white pear aromas. Good mouth-watering action for food. Medium-bodied and clean. Pinot Gris food pairings: Alsatian onion tart, seafood.

10% of our Pinot Gris was left to soak on skins overnight. In addition to a cool pink colour, the resulting juice added texture and peach notes to the wine. We smell Peaches and cream and we taste more peaches and just a little melon.
