This is a WO-designated wine. Smooth and delicious with full-bodied layers of fleshy black plums. Smoky and smooth. Amazingly great price. This wine is a blend that leads with cabernet sauvignon, but also includes shiraz and merlot grapes. Just enough oak to bring this whole delicious package together. Good finish. Try it tonight.

Food pairings: roast beef.

The three grapes in the blend of this full-bodied red wine are Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz, this the name Triptych. The wine was aged for 16 months in oak for extra toastiness and depth. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
