A lovely, fresh and full-bodied red wine. Great vibrancy of fleshy cherry fruit aromas, fresh-turned earth, rose petal and violet. Supple and smooth. This wine is a blend mostly of Sangiovese, but also has Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malvasia. A nice long finish with touches of anise and smoke. Winemakers are Lorenza Sebaste and Marco Pallanti. Chianti Classico Riserva food pairings: veal, light pasta dishes. Voluptuous Veal Wine

Full-bodied with some volatile acidity that doesn't overpower. About 100,000 bottles of this wine are produced annually from grapes grown at between 430 and 520 metres above sea level. - Community Wine Reviews
