A terrific and vibrant cool-climate Chilean Sauvignon Blanc sourced from two grape clones planted on hillsides in decomposed granite soils that are 110 million years old. There's also a thin layer of red volcanic clay. Pair with shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

From a warmer than average vintage, this barrel fermented, cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc shows lovely warm spice and pepper notes, along with pear and pineapple. Nice acid balance and finish. Another great shellfish wine from Casas del Bosque.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Made from grapes grown on 110 million yr-old decomposed granite soil with a thin layer of red volcanic clay. The wine shows a mildly aromatic nose with canned peas and slight florals and a noted herbal palate.
