Camelia Bucur rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Casarena Sinergy is a predominant Malbec blend (70% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot). The appearance of the wine is bright and clear on the rim and a red ruby color. On the nose, you can smell the aromas of violet, cassis, blackberry and licorice. The flavors on the palate are sour blackberries, cedar and licorice. It is a dry wine with low tannis and medium acidity. Full bodied and smooth wine with a medium to long finish. Casarena Sinergy is a nice sipping wine on its own, but you can pair it with flank steak.
This full-bodied Argentine red wine blend has a dark ruby hue in the glass. Aromas of blackberry jam and spice and vanilla. The grapes enjoyed a long season for slow and even ripening. - Community Wine Reviews
