Aromas of smoke, tobacco, plum, spice, and a surprising violet aspect as well. The taste is ripe plum and raspberry with a nice acidity. Very nice with pork and many cheesy pasta dishes.

Masi Campofiorin Ripasso is made with partially dried grapes that has rich cherry fruit with notes of tobacco and brown spice backed by an elegant finish. This works well with any number of foods, from simple antipasti to roast pork to veal marsala.
