The front label reads: "Man is not a camel." Okay good, so far we agree. More agreement on this wine: A delicious, full-bodied red wine bursting with notes of ripe blackberries and plums. Great layering and concentration through the core. The finish wraps up this package nicely with some dark fruit and smoke. Try it with gourmet hamburgers.
Shiraz food pairings: gourmet hamburgers, beef, lamb cutlets, veal, pizza, grilled or spice-rubbed chicken.
