Fresh, crisp and clean with no strong grassy notes. Makes for a great aperitif or companion to seafood. Notes of lime and fresh lemon with lots of mouth-watering juiciness for food.
Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: summer salad or baked sole with capers and citrus vinaigrette.

|This wine has a classic Sauvignon Blanc nose showing uplifting fresh|
spring aromas of freshly cut grass mixed with pink grapefruit, citrus rind,
passionfruit, gooseberry and subtle notes of wet stone. The dry crisp style offers
a refreshing acidity that compliments the concentration of fruit on the palate
making for a clean and well balanced wine. It is medium to light in body with
flavours of pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon peel, gooseberry, passionfruit and
offers a stony minerality with a hint of pithiness on the length.
