Wild, fresh and pink with fresh aromas of field strawberries and pink grapefruit. Tastes bone dry. Vibrant and mouth-watering.

Rose food pairings: charcuterie, pork rillettes, summer radishes.

A pretty vibrant, delicate pink colour with aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, rose petal, peach and dried sage. The palate is savoury and dry with refreshing acidity, bright red fruit flavours of summer berries and a long, thirst-quenching mineral finish with hints of paprika and dried herbs. Like
all good dry rosé, this is perfect with plates of charcuterie, pork rillettes and
summer radishes.
