This organic wine has just 21 mg/l of free sulphur. This is a true meritage blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot all playing their parts. It’s restrained and elegant with aromas of graphite, cedar, blackcurrant, cherry and tobacco leaf on the nose. Dry and medium-full bodied with refined tannins and balanced acidity framing a luxurious texture and a deep core of black fruit flavours with notes of cedar and minerality. Very good length. This is Napa by way of Left Bank Bordeaux. Stash it away for another 3-5 years at least. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
