Burrowing Owl Estate Winery Pinot Gris 2011
Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: March 5, February 26, September 11 and July 26.
Burrowing Owl Estate Winery Pinot Gris 2011 Wine Review
Dry and crisp and clean. Like a fresh spring breeze awakening your senses. Lime and lemon vibrancy. Great aperitif or food companion. 4.4/5 Pinot Gris food pairings: halibut, white wine poached chicken, mussels in a creamy curry sauce.
