Lovely layers of liquid satin, black cherries and some dark spice. Medium- to almost full-bodied. Packed with flavour yet not heavy. Aromas of mocha and smoke. Medium- to full-bodied and very supple. Pair with pork chops. Good price.
Pinot Noir food pairings: roast chicken, planked salmon.

One of my favorite Pinot Noirs by far! Pretty ruby red hue in colour. Aromatics jump out of the glass of boasting with velvety mocha and bright raspberries, accompanied by a perfect balance of leather and light barnyard nuances. I sipped this one while nibbling on some Caccatori. Pair with cured meats, grilled salmon, or your BBQ favorites.
