Clean, crisp and green with terrific refreshment. Medium-bodied and mouth-watering. Great food companion.

Verdelho food pairings: seared scallops, chicken in a light cream sauce.

Nina rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Very light and fruity wine. Some pears and melon on the palate.
Fresh acidity, medium finish with floral notes.
Great with seafood!
Sara Connelly reviewed this wine as follows:

A beautiful, delicious wine. The pale straw colour is surprisingly at odds with the taste. Lovely honeyed fruit; melon, quince and pear; there is definitely a richness to this wine.
Native to Portugal, the Verdelho grape now has a strong following in Australia. Honeysuckle, ripe citrus and apple-cinnamon aromas set the stage for a crisp, bright and elegant palate highlighted by a sunbeam of fresh acidity and good echoes of the nose. Long, layered finish.
