Clear and cherry red. Coffee and red currant on the nose.Well balanced with a short finish. Cherry and some red spice notes.
Pair with Grilled meats and medium bodied cheeses.

Fruit forward. Dominant cherry aroma with light cinnamon and other baking spices. Same flavours on the palate. Medium-light body. Soft, medium finish of red fruit. Not tannic at all, yet balanced.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Translucent medium ruby in colour. Stewed red and black fruit notes, with underlying cedar tones. Fresh acidity lifts the fruit nicely on the palate. The tannins are moderately firm and slightly grippy. Mocha and cedar notes dominate the finish, with warming alcohol lingering.
David Skinner rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby and purple rim. Stewed plum and licorice aromas. Firm tannins and solid acidity with black fruit flavours slightly overshadowed by cocoa and barrel influences. Smoky notes dominate the medium-long finish

Drink this with smoked eggplant and couscous.
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Medium Ruby in colour with aromas of plum, cooked red fruit, liquorice, smoke and alcohol. Cooked peppery red fruit flavours. It is medium bodied with biting acidity and tannins. Will pair well with strong and hard cheeses.
