Crisp and clean with just enough acidity that's not aggressive, just refreshing. Lovely lemon and lime aromas and flavours co-mingle. Pretty amazing for the price.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: shrimp dishes.

This wine was awarded a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2012. Aromas of asparagus, green pea, pear and mineral with a touch of the exotic provided by hints of guava. Crisp and juicy in the mouth with lots of fruit flavour, with some grassy notes and minerality. Beautifully supportive acidity keeps the whole package clipping along marvellously through to the end of the long finish. Perfect for backyard sipping. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Nov. 2012
