Bouchard Pere & Fils Pinot Noir 2011 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 88/100Pleasing aromas of tart cherry, fresh-turned earth and a little herbal/vegetal. Medium-bodied and silky with a long, dry finish. Some cedar smoke and spice on a refreshing finish. Perfect for dinner parties.
Pinot Noir food pairings: beef bourguignon, planked salmon. Best Beef Wine

Perfumed red fruit aromas, cherry, black earth and subtle oak spice on the palate. Refreshing acidity and medium fine tannin. Over performing for its appellation. Pair with beef carpaccio or a portobello mushroom burger. Drink through 2015. Tasted Dec 2013.
|Quite a pretty nose accentuating bright cherry, strawberry and spice with underlying leather and plum. Nice depth to the flavours with very enjoyable replays. An elegant wine, poised and finessed with a long fruity finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, May 2013|
