Enjoy with steaks or ribs off the barbecue. Vivid ruby colour with a medium body and dry taste, savoury hints with violets and cooking spices. Tight balanced tannins. My note: Blackberry and blueberry aromas, smooth and full-bodied and satisfying. One of the best organic producers in California! This wine has just free sulphur: 11 mg/L. 4.4/5 Zinfandel food pairings: barbecued steak, barbecued ribs.
