|When tasked with dismantling and moving a church, workers in 1929 devised an ingenious method for sparing the wooden structure undue damage: four sticks of dynamite to loosen the nails. It worked! Blasted Church’s Merlot offers rich black cherry, dark wood, plum, vanilla and smoke aromas. The palate is dry, and round, with good weight and balance, sound aroma replays, a lovely spicy touch, and a long finish. Cellar for 3+ years, or enjoy this tonight. Source: Vintages Wine Panel|
