Reviews and Ratings

Jeannine Jiral rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This full bodied wine has aromas of blackberries and flavors of dark cherry, mocha espresso and a touch of caramel. It is very well balanced with smooth tannins and a long, smooth finish. This wine would be heavenly with some strong cheese, pasta and red sauce or a smoky steak.
The form on this wine will have you chomping at the bit. Aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, oak and a touch of leather give great indications that this beauty is running well. Great fruit, excellent acidity, pleasant tannins, and a (fur)long finish. This thoroughbred is a lock to be the frontrunner at any meal Source: Vintages Wine Panel, July 2012

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
