Reviews and Ratings

Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Bright pale straw in colour, this refreshing wine shows dominant aromas of citrus fruit accented with lovely flowery overtones of bergamot, Earl Grey tea, and a hint of biscuit. The wine is medium in weight and has a glycerine mouthfeel. It offers the abundant and bright acidity of the fresh squeezed lemons and lines, which lingers in a mouth watering acidity. This is an ideal wine for accompanying seafood, especially steamed clams and muscles. Score 92. (S.Segard, reviewed Jan. 15, 2017.)
Gavi di Gavi is made from the Cortese grape grown in the north of Italy. Lemon and lime on the nose, this wine is light, dry with mouthwatering acidity but with ripe peach, honeysuckle, and tangerine citrus on the palate. A very refreshing wine with a lot of character. - Community Wine Reviews
