Mocha, dark chocolate wraps around sweet cherry fruit, almost jammy. Full-bodied and smooth. I prefer drier styles from this winery for their pinots.

Reviews and Ratings

Don Miller rated this wine as 100/100 with the following review:

Good
Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

I wasn't a fan of that rubber red coating, that was difficult to get into. But once I got into the wine, I enjoyed it. Lots of intense aromas on the nose including raspberries, plums, nutmeg and clove. All those flavors stayed with you in the glass including a toasty oak. What stood out for me with this wine, was the lingering finish. It stayed with you for a while, therefore it was a very good wine for enjoying slowly.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
