Reviews and Ratings

Ronald Georges du blogue Millésime rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Le Rosso di Montalcino est un vin plus jeune que le Brunello di Montalcino, issu aussi de sangiovese. Les fruits rouges cuits, les épices, la fraise et la cerise noire donnent un excellent vin souple.
Julia Kelada rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Another one of the many wines I was fortunate enough to taste at the Brunello Di Montalcino Salon.

This Brunello is on the more affordable end of the spectrum. With the average price of a Brunello being around $48.00, this one at $24.10 is definatly a crowd pleaser!

The colour is a rich ruby red. On the nose there is heat almost that comes off of this wine. Delicious berry notes and mineral tones combined with floral herbs.

On the palate there is an explosion of chocolate covered cherries, simply delicious, and then delicate wild berries like black currants and black berries. A light floral note of violets steps forward before it opens up to a note of cedar and pepper. This is a medium bodied wine with good length tannins.

Bottoms up!

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
