Vintages Wine Panel: Consistently a terrific value, this stylish Cab has the stuffing for some short-term cellaring, but it’s already delicious so why wait? It’s bursting with cassis, blackcurrant, and sweet spice aromas.
Dry and full-bodied with loads of fruit flavor as well as hints of dark chocolate and spice, this elegant Cab is supported by fine-grained tannins and balancing acidity. My note: An absolutely delightful wine with alluring aromas of mouth-watering black fruit and oak flavors.
Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rare beef tenderloin, grilled ribeye steaks.
