Vintages Wine Panel: Consistently a terrific value, this stylish Cab has the stuffing for some short-term cellaring, but it’s already delicious so why wait? It’s bursting with cassis, blackcurrant, and sweet spice aromas. Dry and full-bodied with loads of fruit flavor as well as hints of dark chocolate and spice, this elegant Cab is supported by fine-grained tannins and balancing acidity. My note: An absolutely delightful wine with alluring aromas of mouth-watering black fruit and oak flavors.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rare beef tenderloin, grilled ribeye steaks.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
