Refreshing limes and green apples, without a trace of oak. Terrific minerality and mouth-watering flavor. Perfect for casual get-togethers. The "Ancienne Cour des Chevaliers de Malte" on this winery's labels refers to the fact that the estate sits on land that once home to the cellars of the Knights of Malta, an ancient military order created in the Middle Ages. This group is still active today, though its focus is now on charitable causes. I'll drink to that!

Pinot Blanc food pairings: quiche, asparagus, Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, avocado and papaya salad.
