Grassy, herbal and refreshing with mouth-watering acidity for food. Lemon zest and lime edge. Bright and happy.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: steamed mussels, lemon-herbed chicken.

Located less than 10 kilometres from the Pacific coast, Leyda Valley is home to some of Chile’s coolest-climate vineyards. Intense aromas of citrus, mango, asparagus and white pepper. Fresh and focused with a wave of mouth-watering acidity giving nice clean cut to the mid-palate. Medium bodied with a tangy finish. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
