Clean and crisp with pure green fruit and sunshine spring morning. Mouth-watering, food friendly. Lovely yellow plum and pear aromas on the nose. Great finesse and elegance for a dinner party of gift wine. Try it tonight with seafood. Chablis food pairings: oysters, grilled white fish, chicken, pasta with pesto sauce, avocado salad, mussels with a lemon-herb sauce. Scrumptious Seafood Wine

Gold Medal winner at Chardonnay du Monde 2012. Crisp, taut and mineral-etched with lovely green fruit, river stones, chalk, lemon drop, Spartan apple and a subtle floral note. Fresh, bright and lively in classic Chablis fashion. Superlative value at the 1er Cru tier. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Dec. 2012
