|There’s a very nice ripe fruit quality on the nose, especially yellow plum, apple crumble, sweet pear and melon, plus hints of lees, crushed seashells and fleur de sel. Dry, simultaneously fresh and fruity with good replays of the nose. Elegant, balanced and poised with a smooth-as-glass texture. Medium-full bodied with a long, attractive finish. Try it with a variety of seafood dishes. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.|
