A terrific, full-bodied, well-structured Australian red wine made from the classic Cabernet Sauvignon grape. This wine offers aromas of minty blackberry, toasty oak and dark spice. On the palate, it's savoury, meaty, and juicy mouth-watering. Perfect for prime rib. The wine is named in honour of the original convicts who settled in Australia.

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Sinfully good! A dark ruby opaque Cab with aromas of blueberries and raspberries. A berry palate includes mint and slight vegetal notes, in a silky mouthfeel with mouth-watering acidity. At the current price of $16.95, it's a crime if you don't try this one soon. Pair with the U.S. election.
