More Wine Reviews and Ratings

Leanne rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Very smooth red.
The palette here refers to the blending mastery of winemaker J-P Colas in combining 45% Merlot, 40% Gamay, 9% Pinot Noir, 4% Cabernets (Sauvignon and Franc) and 2% Syrah from Niagara vineyards to create this expressive red. Notes of red and sour cherry, plum, wild raspberry, cocoa and sweet spice introduce a bright, structured wine with sinewy tannins and a slightly wild edge to the fruit. A great food wine. Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
