Top Sauvignon Blanc Wine

My wine reviews include Sauvignon Blanc wines with high scores for their superb quality and taste, and their prices often reflect this as they tend to be more expensive. These Sauvignon Blanc wines achieve a score of 90 points or higher out of 100 and are often the wines that have the greatest aging ability and are therefore great Sauvignon Blanc wines for your cellar. They are also often the top ranked wines on many lists, especially in fine restaurants, with ratings that reflect their craftsmanship. You'll also find my reviews of Sauvignon Blanc wines that are less expensive, but still represent great value. This is just a small set of my wine reviews: when you join my wine community, you can access all of my reviews.

Miguel Torres Santa Digna Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2012
Curico Valley, Chile
Herbal, grassy refreshment and zest with a lovely energetic lime lift in the mid-palate. Terrific price for such quality. No oak contact means a bright lemon refreshment on the palate and finish. The Torres family bought the Santa Digna winery and vineyards in 1979 and invested in upgrading the facilities and grounds. There are more than 600 acres (245 hectares) of vines planted. Pair with vegetarian dishes, seafood and salads. Highly recommended. Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: lightly seasoned pan-fried freshwater fish, grilled prawns, chicken salad, pork tenderloin, linguine, light curries. Alcohol: 13.5%  Sweetness: Extra Dry  750 ml  Drink: 2013‐2015  Scrumptious Seafood Wine  Price: $13.95 Score: 90/100
