Top Gewurztraminer Wine

My wine reviews include Gewurztraminer wines with high scores for their superb quality and taste, and their prices often reflect this as they tend to be more expensive. These Gewurztraminer wines achieve a score of 90 points or higher out of 100 and are often the wines that have the greatest aging ability and are therefore great Gewurztraminer wines for your cellar. They are also often the top ranked wines on many lists, especially in fine restaurants, with ratings that reflect their craftsmanship. You'll also find my reviews of Gewurztraminer wines that are less expensive, but still represent great value. André Blanck Altenbourg Gewurztraminer 2012

Medium sweetness, good body with lots of lychee and spice flavour. Full-bodied, ultra-dry and ready to take on very spicy dishes. This boutique winery is family-owned and has been making wine for seven generations. Gorgeous notes of spiced apricot and peach on a long finish. This would be divine on movie night with spicy Doritos. Gewurztraminer food pairings: moderately spicy Thai dishes, Indian dishes.
