Sesame Crusted Salmon With Wasabi Lime Sauce

6 portions of salmon filet 6oz each

black and white sesame seeds


1 cup sugar
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tsp wasabi powder

Combine all ingredients for marinade in a pot and heat until sugar has dissolved. Cool.

Marinate salmon in half of the marinade for 2 hours. Remove salmon from marinade and press top of salmon into mixture of sesame seeds. Place salmon on lined baking sheet and cook in 350F oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
