Ravioli With Roasted Garlic SauceServes 6-8
2lbs of ravioli or tortellini
8 cloves of roasted garlic
1 L of whipping cream
3/4 cup of grated parmesan
¼ cup fresh herbs chopped
Reduce garlic and cream until thickened. Season with lemon juice. Remove from heat and season with s/p. Toss sauce with cooked pasta and garnish with fresh grated parmesan cheese and herbs.
