Fresh Salsa for Fish Tacos

Fresh Salsa for Fish Tacos


2 lbs. Tomatoes - cherry or grape tomatoes of different colors are great for this recipe
½ large white onion - diced small
1 jalapeños, seeded, minced
1 serrano pepper, seeded, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime - zest & juice
1 bunch cilantro
pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Rinse tomatoes under cold water and cut into quarters (small diced). Dice onion, jalapenos, serrano pepper, garlic and add to tomatoes. Zest lime and add juice. Toss well.

Add salt, sugar and chopped fresh cilantro. Allow to rest in cooler before serving.

Serve with taco chips or with fish tacos.
