BBQ Salmon With Whisky Molasses Marinade
Whiskey Molasses Marinade
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup molasses
1 cup canola oil
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup rye
6 garlic cloves minced
6oz portions of salmon filet
Place salmon and marinate into a Ziploc bag and marinate, preferably overnight. Bring salmon to room temperature prior to grilling. Grill on BBQ until just done.
