Chocolate Coulant With Lavender

Recipe for 4 persons:
Ingredients and Preparation: Easy

Stir 6 egg yolks with 75 g sugar until creamy. Melt 300 g dark chocolate and carefully mix with 200g softened, but not melted butter. Finally mix the egg-sugar mixture with a few blossoms of lavender. Pour the mixture into a buttered or paper-lined moulds (12x6cm or metal rings) . Bake the cakes for about 15 minutes at 180°, and finally powder with icing sugar and serve warm. A good accompaniment to these are lavender or rosemary sorbets and fruit.
