Chocolate Tuile Bowl For Ice Cream

100 ml dark corn syrup
100 gr white sugar
100 gr unsalted butter
50 gr cocoa

Dissolve and bring to a boil for 4 minutes dark corn syrup, white sugar and unsalted butter. Add the cocoa and stir until smooth. Remove from the heat.

Spread a spoon full of mixture on a silicone baking mat and bake in an oven at 400F for 4 minutes. Peel off and place on the back of a bowl and wait until totally cool. You now have a nice bowl to fill with ice cream.
