Okanagan Peach Bbq Sauce

This is the perfect celebration of the Okanagan for summer barbecue chicken. A simple BBQ sauce that give you punch and flavor.
Kids and adults alike will suck it all up!

1 can of Peach - 350ml
1/4 cup Ketchup
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Molasses
Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all the ingredients and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Blend to a smooth texture with an electric device of your choice(blender, stick blender)

Makes about 1 1/2 cup. You can double or triple the size and not run out.
