Las Moras Black Label Bonarda 2009, San Juan, Argentina: Vintages Wine Panel: Gold Medal for Best Producer at the 2010 Sélections Mondiales de Vins in Canada. Medium ruby-purple colour with aromas of sour cherry, blueberry, new leather, plum, milk chocolate, smoke and grated beets. Dry and fruity, but with a lot of bright acidity and gentle tannins for balance. Fresh and savoury. It could cellar 2-3 years, or enjoy it tonight.
