Boutari Assyrtiko 2014, Santorini P.D.O., Greece: Zesty notes of grapefruit and lime. Nice aperitif or companion to seafood, salads and vegetarian dishes. Lemon freshness and medium body makes this a great companion to seafood. Lots of mouth-watering acidity makes this zesty Greek white wine a great companion to cream sauces and rich pasta dishes.
